I SLIT MY WRIST TO RELEASE MY PAIN. BUT IT HEALS TOO FAST FOR ME TO DIE
BUT THE PAIN WON'T GO ALWAY. THE NEW ME A VAMPIRE CAUSE MORE PAIN TO HUMAN KIND BUT MOST OF ALL MY FAMLIY
THE PAIN GETS WORST DAY BY DAY AS THE HUNGER AND CRAVING FOR THAT TEARS AT MY GUT.
WANTING ME TO HAVE WHAT I NEED MOST BUT I REFUSE TO GIVE IN
SO I SLIT MY WRIST AND WAIT FOR DEATH TO COME THAT WILL NEVER COME
SO I GIVE IN TO MY HUNGER AND WAIT FOR MORE PAIN TO SETTLE OVER ME

| I'm really not trying to rag on you in all honesty, but this premise has been done, to DEATH. Pun completely not intended. Every band that 14 year old girls that shop at hot topic listen to, wrote this song. Come to think of it, all of those girls wrote this poem too. It isn't unique, it isn't pleasant to read. I'm all about expressing yourself by writing, and if this is how you feel, by all means, use it to make yourself a better writer. From great pain comes great writing, I just think you need to work on it a little bit, because your feelings aren't coming through to me. |

Interesting piece. It depicts causing pain and releasing pain well. I hope you pain goes away soon.
