Hurt

Topic: SadPoetry

Hurt...
Ignored...
Hated...
Alone...
His time in this world was limited
His pain was not...
His earth was shattering with every breath
He was at the point of his own extinction
Hurt to the point of death
Beaten down by peoples ignorance
Abused by their anger
He was hallow souled
And stuck in pain
Gone from the world
Truly in vain
Pain an option, hurt inevitable...
Hiding in the shadows
From those who caused this
From the people who ignore
Who hate...
For what purpose but none
Why was this boy cast out like this
Why was this boy put in to this
Why was this boy forced in to this hidden cage of loneliness
No reason...
No reason at all...

Powerful piece of writing emphasising the fact that hatred does not have to have a reason to be vented and pain and suffering is felt by those who have had no reason to suffer it, what it also emphasises is the futility and sadness that suffering happens at all well written

well writen and so well expressed, if only all hurt and suffering could be eradicated then the world would be a decent place to live.

Poetry is much like a great photo, a single "moment in time" capturing many feelings and emotions. Yet, they are very alive; creating stirrings within the readers who form visual "pictures" of the expressed emotions within the Poem. ©
