seeing
nothing,
Hearing the wind howl,
listening
to
reality's silence,
Forgetting everything
but
the present,
Closing out chaotic clutter,
Existing
but
Not thinking!

Yes!!! A poem on meditation! I meditate as well!
Some people cannot understand meditation because they try to understand it with their mind. You must experience it.
Meditation is my most pleasurable daily activity for the reason you list in your poem. I've been so much a slave to my mind...
