Mile by mile, I drive farther away from my sunshine
Farther and farther my hopes to meet my sunshine fade
If only I could see you and tell you that you’re mine
But the clouds between us cannot tell us if we’re made
Years of longing, days of dreaming, seems not worth thinking
My mind is forever confused, splitting between you two
My sunshine, my winter snow, both make my heart sing
One is close, one is far, both make me feel like I’m true
My sunshine shows me romance, explains love through his words
My winter snow shows me belonging but can grow cold
Must I go through this now? Could you help me forward?
If I go, would you search for me without being told
Both in my head, why wait for love I may never get?
But I won’t forget my sunshine, just before we met
