Bring The Fire

Topic: ChristianPoetry

There's gonna be some that read this that will not like what i say! But after I get through some of you just might pray.I pray for you so much that my soul grows tired! So now i pray God please bring the fire. Bring the fire like in the days of old. Bring the fire to melt the hearts that's turned cold. Lord bring the fire to relight all your candles. Lord bring the fire to break the wicked and to destroy all their scandals. I pray you bring fire to kill all the sin. This world has grown cold, let the fire fall again. Let the fire fall again like you did on Elijah's altar.Let fire fall so people would know they better make you an offer.Let a fire fall that cannot be put out. Let fire be in our souls and come out our hands and our mouth. Lord bring the fires and let sinners feel their shames.Lord let the fire make hypocrites quit playing their games. Lord let the fire fall that burns the thieves hands.Lord let fire fall to start revival across these lands.Jesus you are King of Kings and Lord of Lords, there is no one higher.I'm gonna end with this pen but my heart cries, LORD BRING THE FIRE!

Nothing wrong with what you had to say!

Poetry is much like a great photo, a single "moment in time" capturing many feelings and emotions. Yet, they are very alive; creating stirrings within the readers who form visual "pictures" of the expressed emotions within the Poem. ©
