Rotting Inside
He acts happy,
Not a care in the world,
Fine at the moment,
Loving to relive the good times,
Laughing at jokes that aren’t funny,
Is rotting inside,
Caring for every last moment,
Hating every moment,
Wanting to relive, but not able,
No joke worth listening,
Wanting it to just be over.
