with you baby
would you stop all the pain
you've felt lately
would you cry out all your sadness
my dear darlin
if i could drown out all the badness
with my stormin

its cool, but i think your first paragraph will make more sense if you revisit it,
like 'if i could dance in the rain
with you baby
will it stop all the pain
you've felt lately' it is just an opinion, even though i know, little changes in a written song changes almost everything. this lines are going to make a great song. keep it up.
