Such cold was cast upon me...
Demons, from the very depths of hell
Would posses a virgin soul
To keep the chill, for evermore.
Eyes that shawn so bright,
That even angels bowed their heads,
Are now hiding from the light
As blooded tears turn them black.
Such cold has reached my heart
That time itself has become pain.
Merciless before my life,
The frozen one has come to reign...
I have wronged before you,demon,
My prayers were meere words
And my sacrifice was forged with lust,
I've destroyed my one and only trust.
I will kneel before my deeds
My repentance has come late
I'll embrace your endless curse
Your ignorance decides my fate.

Great imagery in this and a great strength, esp like the line such cold has reached my heart that time itself has become pain, very sacrificial tone and a sense of foreboding well written |
