Entwined and Perpetually Burning

Entwined in the entrails
Of these vivid dreams still haunting
The splendor that I surrendor
And a fate I can not render
Is descending violently
We left our lives to the draining
Our memories were left raining
Bled dry from the inside
Suffered in the riptide
Deseased without a cure
As I converged toward the summit
Of all euphoric desire
I found an intricate way of healing
The burns from an aging fire
That left me prepetually burning
