Writing little notes and slipping them under doors.
Confessing unfaltering love in writing and not words.
Perfect thoughts put to paper as the ink is spread with ease.
Imperfect speech and face-to-face meetings make the strongest freeze.
Making our feelings impersonal and a chore to be poured over and exacted.
When they should be expressed freely from the heart and not corrected.
Writing little notes and slipping them under doors.
Now all my feelings are sitting on your bathroom floor.
