While embedding the thought in my mind,
I pull the dull knife from my eye,
Tried to stab me in the back huh ?
You aimed a little high.

You stole my trust,
And i couldn't tell by interaction,
Why didn't you give me a hint ?
I would have liked to known before not after.

Well at least i learnt from my own mistakes,
I will remember not to befriend someone who seems fake.
I'm on my own now ,
watch your step out the door and have a nice day.

nice write...trust is one of those things that must be earned, and even then any of us can be tricked or fooled...
