How could you in this dark place
Leave me alone here
You left me with
Nothing but my fear
You know that of all things
I am afraid of the dark
You leaving me was like
Getting bit by a shark
You know my fears are not numbered
And I have a lot to share
But why did you have to go
And not even care
I had gone to sleep last night
With you sleeping by my side
Now since you left me
It feels like my heart had died
So now I’ve gone out
And found someone better and new
But no one but me understands
That all I really need is you
No one has ever
Made me laugh or cry so hard
Now as you can see
My heart is scattered across your yard
But now I need to hear
The precious sound of your voice
The thought of not loving you
Is seems I just don’t have the choice
So why don’t you came back
To a loving and happy place
Because it seems like in love
All it is, is a big race
I am running to the finish line
As fast and I can go
But now I can see
That it’s me you just don’t want to know
