Inner Peace
I search for clarity amidst a sea of confusion,
My mind and memories past – hazy;
Like the mists of time, vague shapes and images
Float into my consciousness, temporary,
Hauntingly short and frustratingly snatched away.
All I want in my life is peace of mind, a balance;
Something to cling on to in the morass of moroseness.
Is it too much to long for – equilibrium?
I pray to the heavens that I am granted it soon.

Your poetry is so peaceful to read, it's hard to believe that you yourself are not peaceful inside. I know the feeling dear NigMart, and so to you I will confide.
You are very Conscienscious! with a capital "C." Find someone to help, such as voluteer work, or a neighbor or a relative....."Those that bring sunshine into the lives of others, can't keep it from themselves!"
And then just relax, it will come, don't ever give up...........life is very hard Nigmart. Accept that fact, and then you can have lots of fun.
Such a Heart feeling poem.
