A single star in the sky will sing,
Something close & near,
To your precious heart it hopes to bring,
A beautiful rose to soak up all your tears,
~
Don't be afraid of its thorns,
They mean you no pain,
Nothing dies when its made to be reborn,
Like dreams when it rains,
~
Shadows can be so shy,
But lost like a laugh,
You need not cry,
The frost has to melt after the past,
~
I wish I could find a way,
To save you from all the harm,
Should there ever be a day,
You could fall into my arms,
~
My eyes were to blind to see,
& maybe it's getting,
Time for me to believe,
I should've never have left my BABY SITTING....
