a deserted platform
haunted by emotions released
listen....

lovers parting and romance reuniting
the fear of stepping out
to a strange new town

sadness and greif
hearts all but breaking
and the embrace of long lost friends


i kick a stone on my way to the platform
its echoes are drowned
by the whispering ghosts
