what happened

Contributed by guiltycircles on Friday, 30th April 2010 @ 03:48:09 AM in AEST
Topic: LostLove

You used to love that my favourite colour was red
You used to love my tantrums.
You used to love that I had to be fed
You used to love my albums.
You used to love that I showed my passion
You used to love my big heart.
You used to love that I could make you laugh
You used to love my art.
Now you hate all those things
And now you’re gone
I am left wondering
If I was always wrong?
Was it all a lie?
You will never answer me
And forever I will ask why.
Please know my heart is broken,
Never to be fixed.
Because when I was with you
I knew that this was it.
Nothing more to be found in this world
You were everything I wanted
Then it all unfurled
And I was not what you wanted.

Hi GC,

This is not crap! It's about how YOU feel, and no matter what anyone else thinks,
the very fact you wrote it means more to me.... It shows how much you care, & are not afraid to bare your feelings......
Keep going, keep writing, good work x

Never put yourself down like that. Self expression is self expression and you expressed your heartbreak well. I'm sorry you've lost someone you cared about. The end of relationships are difficult ( and believe me I've been there). Hopefully, you'll find your happy ending. Take care and quit with the "my poetry is crap" stuff because it isn't crap. It's actually very good. ;)
