"SPIT STORM"
An "Early Riser" me..............
'Tis dark, I can barely see.
My kitties wait for open door........
They're soaking wet, want no more!
Then Suddenly!!!
What's this I see?
'Tis Snow as lovely as can be.
I double check my tea........perhaps it's rum
I cannot see!
Blind I'm not. senile a lot, it's
still snowing, that much I got!
I relish my cranberry muffin,
Enjoy the taste and all the stuffin"
Then Suddenly!!!!
I tell myself to check the tea!!!
The weather man has switched to "Spit"
That's what I said, "Spit!"
"Spit, you see..... is-- all three!
Rain, Hail, and Snow,
Mercy Me!!!
Best check the tea!!!
Almost forgot there's "Sleet"
It's "Sleetin" and it's Slick.
As Slick as snot, and that's a lot!
Then Suddenly!!!!
Montie wakes up, and I'm
back to reality!
Reality isn't nearly as fun
as "Spitinality!"
and, Rum.
Created this Silly Spittin'

Thank God, I live in Arkansas. I've already been eating fresh greens and have squash and tomatoes blooming.

Oh dear! Snow in spring! It's enough to make you go
