Rage

Contributed by Chamaron on Sunday, 25th April 2010 @ 01:55:08 AM in AEST
Topic: psychoticpoems

I want to rage
Until the corners can feel me
I want to bleed
Before Noah can save the world

I want to scream
Until no one hears me
So I know it’s all true
Everything you’ve never said
In such plain words

I want to scratch
This handmade doll of me apart
Scraps to begin with
Maker’s worst edition

I want to cry
So hard I laugh
At the gushing irony

Feel this here
In my side
To know I was never real

I want to die
A loud, clean death
With an echo that never forgives
And no mess to fuss over
Can't trip on false alibis

I hope there are
Separate rings of hell for us
Because I want to live in a place
Where you’ve never breathed

Well don't know what brought this on but I sure hope you feel better.
I'd say you captured your subject well.

I love the last 4 verses of the poem. It really brings out the need for you to want to get away from that person. Awesome read.
