selfstruggles

Silence murders the mind;
It overpowers the senses
Leaving me helpless----
Making intelligent thought impossible.
Boredom then sets in
Posioning the heart;
It dims the light inside of me
Dulling my spirits---
Refusing to release me from this madness,
Or the prison that is myself.

A good capture of the empty self - the only remedy is to populate the inner spaces with all the good things that are you. best of luck.

I feel ya here, though I cannot say I relate. I adore solitude and worship the quiet. I can never seem to attain near enough. In any case, I hope this write has helped exercise some of the anguish, isolation causes you. Take care ..
