Some times I feel like Juliet, sitting on my window sill.
Waiting for my dark haired prince to come, but he does not see me still.
Wringing my hands nervously, heart pounding in my chest I wait for his moonlit face to appear, the passion not put to rest.
I dream of the day when he will come, calling me the eastern sun
And stun me with his twinkling smile; then he’ll know my heart is won.
I think about his blushing lips, resting on my own pair.
I want to have a love that’s something only we would share.
As the heavens splash with morning color, another night has past.
My Romeo has not arrived, but my hope still holds fast.
One day, he will know that someone dreams about him every nigh
tAnd one day will fall for each other under the moonlight.
