Blue scrubs—silver skylight shelter me
Run river—small and beautiful
Africa, take my place
Hope, demands from us
The love in us
Laughter at an empty bay
Fingers fiddle at the keys
Kittens mew in dying dreams
Broken fingers driving tears
Heaven hold her close
Belief is such a silly thing
Eyes closed—baby, take my hand
Hold still,
Coerce me,
River, take my hand
Hide your eyes
Hospital, fall
Summer stretching into spring
Run from love
Fingers close—baby, don’t leave me
Africa, take my place

This was almost musical in its cadence
and a step away from your usual style.

What a symphony of words you have created here. Conducted with mind steering the readers ears to a new level of sound that has not been heard before. Gorgeous write.
