it's getting late
sun setting and the water is cooling
we sit on the sand
waiting for the sun to go down,
i touch her thigh
there in that time
i know that's her,
that's the one
the wind picks up
sprinkling your face with water
we await still for the sun to peacefully lower
under the water
the sky has shades of red and yellow
calming enough to hold each other
on the white sand
untill we both fall asleep,
now the tide lowers
and the sun sinks
completely submerged
in the water,
our names written in the sand
now gone because of the tide
light is gone and we grow weary of the night
our first night in paradse gone and many more to go.
