When everything’s dark, nothing seems right
When all hopes race the horizon and existence becomes a fight
Like the first ray after the night
You illuminate my life.
If life’s a journey, you are both the path and the goal
If it’s a fight, you are my strength and hope
If it’s a mountain, you are the summit
If it’s a game, you set the rules.
Every human is like a trader,
demanding value for value.
Values-which are the drops of the vast sea of life
and love-the crest of each of its tide.
Love is the highest regard one holds for another
It dictates and is dictated by one’s virtue.
And virtue-which is the soul’s founder
Is the essence of the greatness that dwells in you.
