The end finally came

Perfect... it was so perfect being with you.
Did you ever imagine it would end like this?
it was only one month,
and we fell deeply in love with each other.
at least I hope you loved me too.
I don't want to hear what they say about you,
I want to believe there was love in us
I wanted to protect you, but now that's impossible
all I can do now is protect myself and my happiness.
I hope you're happy
you know I can`t stand to see, hear or know that you're crying
only then will I be able to let go and be truly happy.
I need to forget you, forget that horrible goodbye.
and only remember the precious moments we had together only remember the love I felt for you.
I need to look back at this and feel the kindness.
Feel your warmth and your protection
all I wanted was to have you
hold you
keep you....
Let's meet again in another life.
