All the things we had been through
So much more than I ever knew
Caught up by memories of the past
Never knew these feelings would last
Holding onto me tight
Tears blurring my sight

A rose dry and wilted
Representation of feelings tilted
A new dawn around the bend
Time goes by healing Im on the mend
You will keep me down no longer
In the end I will be stronger
