Darkness comes and sunlight fades,
While death completes it's serenade.
Countless words of gentle kind,
Cannot replace in heart nor mind,
Neither does it cure the pain,
But heartfelt memories remain.
Such happiness you sought to bring,
As flowers bloom in early spring.
Laughter pure and words sweet spoken,
Sincerity in thoughts unbroken,
And gracious heart and loving soul,
Comprise the life that heaven stole.
Though agony my heart endures,
These memories I keep secure,
Praying for you serene's embrace,
As endless tears stream down my face,
Watch over us from high above,
And live on dear friend,
you have my love.

Hi,
A fine piece of verse. His soul is exalted in lyrical
meaningful flow.
