Salty slaps of a chilling pool -
The mound - a crystal,
Deadly from a touch.
A slow plunge into the
Shimmering mirror,
Sinking with the moon.
The silence blankets through
As the hollars die -
Frozen in air.
A last hope rows through
Shouting for life.
Whistle piercing
Through ghostly waters:
"I survived."
