Nothing Found

Contributed by Fuzzy on Wednesday, 24th March 2010 @ 04:46:00 AM in AEST
Topic: Lifepoems

Walk in a crowd,I'm all alone, sit watch world go round
people talk,as i just walk, looking for nothing found
feel out of place, just need to escape, seems no point
for me,looking for nothing found, sit down, turn my
head, look around,feel alone in a crowd,wish i could
crawl in the ground, watch the world, see people
smile, holding hands, look at the ground please
swallow me,Then no need to look for nothing
Found

Time, now for me to go. walk in the crowd on
my way home,Look back, say goodbye to
nothing found,Turn the Key in my door, back
into an empty space,Sit down, silence fills
the room,Time for bed, Lay down my head
Dream of tomorrow, again search for nothing
Found

Loneliness and the relentless search for something but finding nothing, you express these feelings and give such an easy access to the reader to not only read them but identify with them well written paul x

You've written this so well my friend, and with true meaning.
Anna is so right, you do have an excellent connection between your words and the reader.
Nicely done x x x

you have a tremendous capacity for emotion, my friend and an always interesting way of conveying it to your reader. There is such an empty feeling inside your words. We can hold everything, e v e r y t h i n g in our hands and yet, at times our only wish is to disappear, because there is one thing we cannot seem to exact. Something found. Perhaps it is in the search that therein lies the problem. Maybe it is only when the soul is quiet with reflection that it is truly able to hear and thus follow the sounds that will lead us to something found. Good write, paul. Very provocative.
