Sometimes,
You just don’t know
Right from wrong,
Love from Comfort,
Passion from Lust.

Sometimes,
When I look into your eyes,
I see everything vulnerable.
I see your heart,
I see your soul.

Sometimes,
When I am in your arms
I feel like the world doesn’t exist,
I feel like I am home,
I feel like I am loved.

Sometimes,
When I see you,
I forget all the hurtful words,
I forget all the tears,
I forget the heartache.

Sometimes,
When I am lying in bed,
I wish you were next to me,
I wish it were you that I told I love you,
I wish it were you that I woke up next to.

Sometimes,
When I dream at night,
I dream of you,
I think of you,
I miss you.
