I'll wait for eternity,
to see you alone.
Just to be with you.
for a short while.

I'd rip open my chest,
and give you my heart.
If only it would,
make you smile.

I'd walk through the darkness,
to find your bright light.
It would guide me forever,
to find you my love.

And for you my love,
I'd give up everything.
If I could be near you,
I'd need nothing else.

The willingness to sacrifice all for that certain someone rings of old times. Searching and longing for a life in love everything else fades in priority. I enjoyed reading this.
