GARBAGE IN GARBAGE OUT, AN OLD COMPUTER TERMINOLOGY!

BULLIES IN, BULLIES OUT, AN OLD WORKPLACE HIT AND RUN TERMONOLOGY!

WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE YOU MAY ASK?

ONE THING IS A MACHINE; THE OTHER IS JUST A THING!

A THING WHO IS DELIBERATELY OFFENCIVE AGAINST THE DIGNITY AND RESPECT OF ANOTHER PERSON‘S RIGHTS!

BULLIES ARE IN THERE; YES WE ARE NOT IMMUNE FROM THEM!

BULLIES ARE OUT THERE; YES, HIDING BEHIND THEIR MACHINES TO SEEK AND DESTROY THE INNOCENT EMPLOYEE!

BULLIES DON’T PLAY BY THE DUTY OF CARE BECAUSE THEY DO NOT CARE!

THEY DO NOT CARE, THEY HAVE NO RESPECT FOR OTHERS AND I FEAR NO RESPECT FOR THEIR SPOUSE, CHILDREN, FRIENDS OR FAMILY!

BULLIES ARE MERCILESS JUST LIKE SADAAM HUSSIEN AGIANGST HIS OWN PEOPLE, BULLIES DELIBERETLY TARGET THEIR OWN PEERS!

THEY MAY NOT PHYSICALLY POSSESS WEAPONS OF MASS DESTRUCTION BUT THEIR PREMEDITATED ATTACKS AGAINST PEERS MENTAL STATE OF MIND HAVE HORRIFYING SIMILARITIES!

SO DAAM THE BULLIES WHO SLANDER EMPLOYEES, WITHOLD OR DISTORT WORKPLACE INFORMATION, SABOTAGE WORK PERFORMANCE AND THRIVE ON PERSECUTION OR INSULTS!

SO DAAM, WHAT DO WE DO AGAINST THESE ORGANISATIONAL TERRIOSTS, WILL WE STAND UP AND FIGHT OR DO WE HIDE IN FRIGHT!

DIFFICULT QUESTION CONSIDERING OUR STATE OF DEPRESSION IN OUR MIND?

IF WE FIGHT, THE BULLY DELIGHTS!

IF WE RUN IN FRIGHT, A BIG BLACK HOLE AWAITS OUR PLIGHT!

SO-DAAM THE WORKPLACE BULLIES IN OUR LIFE, VICTORY WILL BE OURS BECAUSE WE ARE HUMAN AND THEY ARE NOT!

HANG IN THERE MY FELLOW PEERS WE WILL SHOW THEM WHAT WE’VE GOT!

I’VE BEEN THERE AND FIRED THE SHOTS, IT TOOK AWHILE BUT I GOT THE LOT!

great to see your letting it all out cjc it really does help to heal to express how one feels
