Feelings of confusion
Am I trying to grasp an illusion
An outsider looking in
Your heart I am trying to win

To continue the persuit is the question
I long for you expressed in this confession
Somedays you make me feel special
On the flip it seems almost artificial

Shut out to your past
Hoping one day I will be let in at last
I will not be the one to let you go
There is so much more I want to know

I have expressed I will always understand
To be with you would make me a lucky man
All I can do is give you space
Until you say so I will continue the chase
