Alone I sit

Nothing new Just same same
I hear the kids play some game
The wife is gone who cares where
Alone I sit and just stare

Another day just same same
But today I can't remember it's name
I feel numb, cold and dreary
Alone I sit not so merry

Last day not same same
I don't care and I don't blame
I gathered my things and closed the door
Alone I will sit no more
