How can you love someone
You have never even met?
With every smile, every laugh,
You just cannot forget?
How can you yearn,
For a touch you have never known?
And for knowing him
Seem to have grown?
How can you think,
Of someone as much as this?
And every time you wonder,
Could I have just one kiss?
How can life change,
From just some words from a man?
Thinking of San Francisco,
Walking hand in hand?
How do you find a gift,
Such as his love for me?
One that sends you spinning,
And sets your soul free?
How do you sleep,
With so many hows and whys?
One man can love you,
And end all your cries.
