I hate being such a disappointment.
Not being able to reach anyones standards.
No matter what, i can't be smart enough.
No matter what, i can't be skinny enough.
No matter what, i can't be pretty enough.
No matter what, i can't be good enough.
So much pressure to be perfect.
I hate that i can't be who they want me to be.
I hate most that i can't be who i want to be.

Yep, you really captured it in the last line. At the end of the day, you have to learn how to live with yourself and be who you want to be or accept yourself for who you are... then you can go out to all the world and tell them take it or leave it. Best of luck. |

Expressing all the frustration of when we try to be what other people want us to be then turn it in on ourselves and get frustrated with who we are.Hopefully then as an ongoing process we start to accept who we are and stop trying to please others.thought provoking write and well expressed. |
