Weary

Contributed by JakerBaker88 on Friday, 12th March 2010 @ 09:01:24 PM in AEST
Topic: anguished

Weary,
I lay myself down
Enshroaded by the clouds.
Dreams come:
Visions of the soft,
The delicate,
And the sweet-----
Of He and I.
Rested,
I awaken to birds chirping
Mesmerized by their melodies.
Mind wanders:
Sounds of the beautiful,
The lively,
And the haunted----
Of His voice enrapture me.
Chilled,
I recall that I am alone
Wandering empty handed.
Eyes dampen:
Reality of the lonely,
The pathetic,
And the naive-----
Of myself without His love,
Solidifies in my mind
Murdering all pleasent thoughts.
Cringing,
I collapse to the ground
Ensnared by doubt,
Captured by the darkness.

Painful but beautiful write.......I recall that I am alone.....of myself without his love. The start all the security and soft feelings of the world through the eyes of love, then the sudden awareness of him gone....chilled.... and the helplessness of being governed by those feelings.... captured by the darkness.

Stranded internally without rescue from the darkness that embraces even though it wasn't called upon. I really like the imagery that you have written and the style is unique. Beautiful write.

take care

You know i was under the impression that the whole "Horrific heartbreak" thing was a little rarer then it apparently is. People are sick and love is evil.

Oh my, how painfully gutwrenching. I have lived this and you captured it so damn well. The bottomless and wretched emotion that never seems to give pause. Excellent conveyance of thought. You could seriously twist a heart with this.
