Feeling trapped, confined and sad
Overanxious, lonely, mad
These are the times I fear the grind
The return of the darkness in my mind…
Need my options, need to feel
As if I’m not locked behind steel
Of absolutes, of limitations
Feeling trapped, leads to frustration
The path of dark, I’ve walked before
From scar to wound to open sore
The balance I need to keep me free
The peace I need to let me see
And not be blinded by impulse or feeling

very well written
Take care
