I am your creature.
Your creature am I.
I am of your children.
Your children are mine.
Always we share,
And always, together.
Sometimes a tear,
And sometimes the weather.
I am your creature,
And always am yours.
Part of creation,
And parts of its sores.
Rhythmically waving,
Of beating delight.
From early mid-morning
And also the night.
We are skies sunny.
We are of the dawn.
We are of the morning
Of freshly cut lawns.
We are of each other,
Together and one.
Nothing to give,
And yet to become.
