March bounds in,
Digging though the rubble of February.
Quietly he moves,
And then advances;
Tip-toeing through the ashes.
Bending down,
He pulls gently from the ground,
One single crumpled wild flower----
This simple gesture marking the start of his reign.

I like the introduction of Mr March, one single crumpled wild flower, as new growth starts and very eagerly awaited after such a severe winter well written
