Confusion

Contributed by thistle_and_fern on Sunday, 28th February 2010 @ 01:51:38 AM in AEST
Topic: LostLove

I sit here staring at nothing at all,
My heart is in turmoil,
I wish you would call.

Confusion engulfs me where ever I turn,
My head it is spinning,
My stomach does churn.

A decision to make, I dont know what to do,
This way or that way?
Im being torn in two.

I love you with all that I have in my heart,
but this pain all around me,
just tears me apart.

I wish there was somehoe, id know what was right,
My head tells me one thing,
In my heart theres a fight.

To turn back the clock, Is this what I want to do?
To give up our love?
And tell you we are through?

'The mistakes that Ive made, are hard to accept,
The hurt that Im causing
Makes me feel so inept.

I dont want to lose you, but what can I say?
Is this the right thing
To turn you away.

To keep everyone happy, an impossible task.
Confusions my master
I hope it wont last.

Well written.

I like many i guess
have had the feelings
that you expressed
so very well,

This really hit the nail on the head

To keep everyone happy, an impossible task.
Confusions my master
I hope it wont last.

Well written

It's hard to know what to do, head says one thing and heart another all too often.
You summed it up well.

Steve
