When your mind tells you all hope is gone,
Follow your heart when it says faith is here to stay.
When your mind tells you God has abandoned you,
Follow your heart when it says he is just a prayer away.
When your mind tells you, You are Nobody,
Follow your heart when it says, I am Somebody and I have a purpose in life.
When your mind tells you your parents are to blame,
Follow your heart when it says forgiveness starts from the roots.
When your mind tells you to give up on love,
Follow your heart when it says love never gives up on you.
When your mind tells you the world is cruel,
Follow your heart when it says never give up on humility.

| I dont think we follow our hearts enough, we let our head rule most times and thats not a bad thing but sometimes the heart knows best. |
