A break up can be so bad,
so many things you'll miss.
maybe just a certain look,
his warm and tender kiss.
What about the emotions,
who will wipe away your tears.
when you're scared and all alone,
who will help you through your fears.
There is no one there to count on,
he's no longer there to call.
no one to stand beside you,
to catch you when you fall.
there will be no more laughter,
no more of his witty charm.
or to pull you to him closely,
and hold you in his arms.
No more moon lit walks,
late into the night.
or just to take your hand,
because it just feels right.
Everything he's left to you,
since you have been apart.
something you can treasure,
they are memories of the heart.

I suppose all we can do is try and remember the good times because there are certainly reasons why couples break up and those aren't the good things.
A very sad write and nice rhyming.
