Pains of a friend

intangible, cant see, or touch

yet marks us all

bleeding hearts hidden behind walls of pride

Crying alone behind hotel sinks

Sorrow bleeds transparent

Yet seeps like poison into our veins

Growing resentment pounding souls

Locked away

Forever
