Wind shows no favor to the man so bold
as to stand on weak legs so old
Bottles show no favor to the man so dulled
as to show his prowess with stomache lulled
Fortune favors no mans querey
to who can help him weak and weary
God favors no man whos bind is great
to worldly addiction he cannot seperate

Favor cannot be earned nor lost
and comes and goes at greatest cost
For those who cannot grasp her hand
will reduce to final dust and sand

Sensitive write about fortune and favour, and the stark harsh reality that life does not guarantee that either will smile on you however much you may deserve it. Description is full of empathy......to the man so bold as to stand on weak legs so old..... and inevitability.... will reduce to final dust and sand, well written |
