What have I done for ya brother
Have I helped your pain from another
Do I add or take away
Do I sometimes make your day?
Conversations oh so rare
Show some feelings show you care
We never walk we always run
We race thru life Is that more fun?
The single types they know the score
Count each brother washed ashore
The human waste Our blood so far
Remember all those breaks and scars?
All the healing done each day
Help our kin so far away
The great abyss between our tribes
End this sorrow Swallow pride
Admit our sins And clean the plate
A heavy heart don't feel that great
When that final tide comes round
Send my ashes to Serpent's Mound
Float me home to families' lake
I've missed a life for brothers' sake
