i look out the window
and see every rain drop hit the ground
thats when i realize that im alone once again
and not one thought leaves, they flow right through the tip of this pen
they keep whirling around in my head
every argument, every word that you ever said
its the middle of the night
and ive been up since the begining
scribbling these broken thoughts and suggestions down
like theres no ending
mixed emotions....missed opportunities
this all feels like a dream......
a memory or something in between
constantly wondering what it would be like
to be next to you at your side
