Don't cry the tears of sorrow
And let us pray for tomorrow
Because you're too young to die
From us you will not leave
This I firmly believe
Because you're still too young to die
You don't need to know
When it's your time to go
One day you will get the the call
The noise seems so loud
The bright lights seem so dim
But looking in your eyes
Gives us strength from within
You don't need to know
When it's your time to go
One day you will get the call
You've told only half your story
You've yet to have your glory
Don't you give up and cry
Because you're too young to die
Did you know when you smile
The whole world smiles with you, now
Don't you give up and cry
Don't look at me and ask 'Why?'
Because you're too young to die
