I知 sorry, I never meant to
I wonder what life would be,
Without constant pain,
Would I even know what to do?
I知 sorry I hurt you,
I never meant to.
I wonder what life would be,
With constant happiness,
Would I ever want anything more?
I知 sorry I hurt you,
I never meant to.
I wonder what life would be,
Without constant hate,
Would I be free of the guilt?
I知 sorry I hurt you,
I never meant to.
I wonder what life would be,
With constant love,
Would I be content?
I知 sorry I hurt you,
I never meant to.
I wonder what life would be,
If we knew the answers to these,
Would we keep them to ourselves?
I知 sorry I love you,
I never really meant to.

verry interesting write. I really enjoyed it. I really like the way you ask the biggest question of them all.."I wonder what life would be, if we knew the answers to these, would we keep them to ourselves?"

Life questions interwoven with declarations of humanity and seeking forgiveness for failings, creates a journey of seeking answers whilst searching for peace, repeatative lines create reassurance and a softness to the mood of the poem, this appeals to me in its essence and its mood, well written |
