Broken
You feel you're tied in knots
Your emotions are torn
I can see by your face that your empty and worn
You're tired
There's nothing left to give
All your dreams seem incomplete
Or maybe not

You're happy but feel sad
You look good but feel bad
Many a happy thought crosses your mind
You hope you can defy the sands of time

But you are broken
Into pieces beyond repair
Your heart is torn in two
When you were young you never knew
How the years would make you...
Broken

I feel like there should be more to this...it ended too abruptly..it speaks out to me, and toward the end i'm waiting for the answer to it all.."when you were young you never knew how the years would make you...Broken".....I found myself thinking yeah..thats so true..but wheres the rest of it? a really awsome peice though..it leaves me wanting more.
