Masquerade
I’m looking around,
I don’t see a true face,
My heart pounds,
Am I attending a Masquerade?
So many masks,
So many people,
Make hiding their task.
No one is unique,
If no one is true,
It’s as if you’re bought in a boutique.
So shed the fake skin,
Leave this awful dance,
Let others in,
Give them a chance.

What a provacitive poem, i dare say
this kind of truth and approach one
wouldn't even find in the bible, lovely
write, convincingly expressed, and so
true . . .
Thank you likewise for your visit to my pages.
